The Asco E290 and 165 Series are 2-Way and 3-Way Direct Acting valve available in a Normally Closed or Normally Open construction. They are air operated with a straight-through design available with bronze, stainless steel or cast iron bodies built for serious applications. There are many optional features including visual position indicator and electrical connections. Heavy duty angle-body piston valves are for tough applications including corrosives, light slurries and steam. A cost effective alternative to an actuated ball valve assembly, this linear on/off valve is your stand alone solution that can be used in a variety of applications. Asco offer both standard and compact externally pressure operated valves. Both versions are adaptable to a variety of pneumatic or solenoid valve applications in hazardous and arduous enviroments where cold or corrosion is a major problem or concern. Exhausts can be piped away which ensures protection of the environment in sensitive areas such as petro-chemical, pharmaceutical or food processing industries.
